We also provide registered property loss and damage appraisal services when appointed to represent a party in an appraisal proceeding and, when appropriately independent, serve as a neutral umpire in property insurance appraisals. We can work with policyholders, contractors, attorneys, or other representatives on a plan of action involving the necessary scope of repairs per industry standards and building codes. We can provide a detailed scope and estimate of repairs with supporting documentation, including damage reports, photographs, weather reports, moisture reports, and mapping, as well as infrared reports.
